Fox 5 Zip Trip: Shaw Edition

Fox 5 Zip Trip: Shaw Edition

Big news for your favorite local boutique! Last week on July 22, 2016 we were featured on Fox 5 News Zip Trip segment for their Shaw edition at Carnegie Library!

This segment got to explore DC's oldest neighborhood! They talked about its history, top places to tour, eat, jam out and of course shop!

We were honored to be the only retailer featured in the segment so we did our best to showcase who we are to viewers watching!

Our lovely owner Theresa Watts was interviewed by a Fox Five reporter Maureen Umeh! She was asked to talk about the brand, the story, and of course the clothes!

The best part about this experience was being able to have some of our awesome customers model our favorite looks!

While waiting to go live  our models were looking so cute in the Red Crossover Romper (left) and the Cocoon Dress (right) by The Odells!

As Theresa got mic'd up she was looking adorable in Prarie Underground's Mechanic wash Turnover Dress!

 Post-Segment our ladies were glowing!

Our customers from left to right: Model 1 is wearingThe Yellow Jumpsuit by 19 Cooper. Model 2 is wearing the Tangerine Sleeveless Shift Dress by The Odells. Model 3. Is wearing the Paint Brush Stoked Hi-Lo dress by The Odells

Maureen even had her fun rocking one of our favorite Pre-Fall pieces. The Soft Modern Cardigan in Marigold By Prarie Underground!

And that's a wrap! Can you tell how much fun we had?

Lettie Gooch - Fun outfits to shake it up

"It's amazing what a good dress can do for a girl.  With a smidge of effort and five minutes to spare, a well-designed frock and a sharp pair of shoes can turn frump into fabulous.  Incidentally, five minutes is about how long it takes to find something divine in Lettie Gooch, a women's boutique with an old-fashioned name, but nary a matronly shift in sight."

A True Gem
A True Gem

"Named after the owner’s grandmother, this sassy boutique is a true gem. The personalized customer service, cozy ambiance, and wide selection of special pieces make the store a must in any girl’s fashion arsenal. The collection boasts a wealth of innovative women’s dresses, featuring unique styles that heftily range from $100-300, but there are often sales, and the atmosphere is refreshingly unpretentious."
