What are the store hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 12-7PM, Saturday 11-7PM, and Sunday 12-6PM. 

Where does Lettie Gooch ship?

We ship domestically using USPS (United States Postal Service). At this time, Lettie Gooch does not ship internationally.

Do you ship to Post Office Box address?

No - when shipping information is requested, please enter a physical address.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout based on USPS rates and varies based on the package weight and distance. 

What is your shipping policy?

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, pending availability. Lettie Gooch will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. 

ONLINE RETURNS

What is the Lettie Gooch Online return policy?

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt date.  Items will not be accepted after 14 days after merchandise has been delivered.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.

**Please Note** Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Final Sale items may not be returned.

What if I want to return my item in the store? 

Items can be returned or exchanged for Store Credit within 7 Days of receipt.  All merchandise must have all tags attached, be unworn, and not be altered or washed.

Handbags, shoes, jewelry, lingerie, lounge wear and sale items are considered Final Sale and are not covered under our Return Policy.
